Inside a Personalised Training Program: What You Actually Get

"Personalised coaching" gets thrown around a lot. Here's exactly what it means when you train with me — from intake to weekly adjustments.

Before a single set is programmed, I need to know who I'm actually coaching. That starts with a full intake: training history, injury background, equipment access, weekly schedule, sleep, stress, and your specific goals — whether that's your first show, a physique overhaul, or simply training with a real plan for the first time.

From there, I build your program. Not a template pulled off a shelf — a structure designed around the volume you can currently recover from, the movement patterns your body responds to, and the split that fits into the hours you actually have. Every exercise, set, and rep range is there for a reason.

Then the real work starts: the adjustments. Training isn't static, and neither is your program. As you report back — strength progress, energy levels, recovery, sticking points — the plan shifts. Volume goes up when you're recovering well. It gets pulled back when it doesn't. Exercises get swapped when something isn't working for your joints or your leverages. This is the part a free PDF can never do.

You also get direct access to me. Questions about form, about a missed session, about how a lift felt — you're not messaging a support inbox, you're messaging your coach. That accountability alone changes how consistently people train.

This is what separates a program you download from a program that's actually coached. If you want training that adapts to you instead of the other way around, this is what personalised coaching with me looks like.
